Brandon’s practice includes general corporate litigation and transactional work. He represents small-to-medium-sized private companies engaged in joint venture, franchise, vendor, purchase and sale, and partnership agreements, and aids in resolving complex business disputes.

Brandon’s clients include family offices, developers, real estate investors, restaurateurs, services-oriented business owners, landlords, and tenants, among others.

Passionate about entrepreneurship, Brandon frequently advises clients with both new and growing businesses on best practices for structuring, organizing, and optimizing their ventures from a legal perspective.

Brandon frequently provides clients with contract advice, using his litigation experience to identify problematic provisions and help clients account for the multitude of scenarios that may arise in connection with a contract.

Earlier in his career, Brandon practiced as a real estate and corporate attorney at Foley & Lardner LLP, playing a role in constructing sophisticated condominium regimes and negotiating major hotel transactions on both the buy-and-sell side for Fortune 500 hotelier and hospitality clients.

In addition to his law practice, Brandon is an avid outdoorsman and fitness/wellness enthusiast. Brandon spends his free time with his family, friends, girlfriend, and beloved Doberman traveling, fishing, hunting, playing sports, doing CrossFit and yoga, and trying the many great Orlando restaurants.

Brandon is a proud “triple Gator”, as he simultaneously graduated, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and Hough Graduate School of Business in 2019 with both a J.D. and Master of Science in Real Estate degree, immediately after graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism in 2016.

In law school, Brandon was a proud member and Executive Communications Director of the prestigious Florida Law Review.

Additionally, he served multiple terms as the Vice President of External Affairs for Florida Blue Key.
